Just imagine and consider the pain and the shock a biker had to undergo with knees that were slipping off after an accident she met with.
After the accident immediately I could feel something was wrong with my knees. When I tried climbing stairs my knees kept slipping off along with the extreme pain I was going through, it scared and made me tensed about whether I would be able to ever race again,The main concern when returning to riding bike is that your mind may be willing to jot down checks that your legs and musculo-skeletal system aren’t ready to cash.
